Crushi Review
Same Cyprus company as Flirti, same excellent policy file, a much bigger product and three dollars a month more.

// Our verdict
The most feature-rich platform Alperen LTD operates, sitting on one of the better legal files in this category, and priced above its own sibling brand for reasons nobody explains. Worth a look, worth comparing against Flirti first.
Yesterday we reviewed Flirti and praised its paperwork: a named Cyprus company, a registration number, and a terms of service that bans deepfakes in language most of this industry avoids. Today we opened Crushi, and found the same registration number in the footer.
Alperen LTD, HE 454844, Ayiou Ayapitikou 31, Paphos. Identical on both sites. Neither one mentions the other anywhere.
That is not a scandal. Companies run multiple brands, and this one at least prints its identity on every page rather than hiding behind a shell. But it changes how you should read the two products, because you are not choosing between two companies. You are choosing between two storefronts, and one of them charges three dollars a month more.
What is Crushi?
Crushi is an AI companion platform at crushi.ai. Before anything else: three other domains answer to that name and none of them is this product. crushi.com sells vintage 1970s iron-on t-shirt transfers. crushiai.com is a "Launching Soon" placeholder. crushi.app is an unrelated productivity app about crushing your goals. The one you want ends in .ai.
Where Flirti is essentially a chat app with a swipe layer, Crushi is noticeably more ambitious. Alongside the character catalogue and chat, its own about page describes an explorable city with districts and a day and night cycle, a navigable strip club with a main hall, a bar, a stage show and private rooms, a roulette of live AI streams you flip through like channels, and cinematic video episodes that continue into chat. There is a separate creator subdomain for people building characters.
Whether all of that is as good as it sounds is not something we can tell you, because we do not test these platforms and nobody independent appears to have tested this one either. What we can say is that the scope is real and unusual. Most competitors in this category are a text box with a paywall.
Shared with Flirti: AstroSync, which assigns a companion a birth date and shapes its personality by zodiac sign, and a six-level Trust ladder running Curious, Flirty, Spicy, Wild, Sensual and Insatiable, where explicit content opens at Spicy and trust falls if you are pushy or ignore boundaries.
Policy check. Crushi passes, and it passes on the same strong file as its sibling. Our scan of the site found no undress tool, no face swap, no nudify function, no inpainting and no clones of real people. The only upload path is the avatar picker for your profile and for character art. Behind that, the terms are explicit: a section titled "Prohibition on Real-Person Depictions", a 2257 clause stating that anyone who uploads, shares or requests depictions of real individuals "including themselves or others" in sexual or nude contexts will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement, and a separate ban on using any feature to create deepfakes or impersonate a real person. Reports go to [email protected], correctly localised rather than copy-pasted from the other brand, with a 24 hour target for sexual deepfakes of identifiable people. CSAM triggers stated notification to NCMEC, the FBI and local police.
The features that actually matter
The places, not the chat. Crushi City, Crushi Strip and Crushi Meets are what distinguish this from every other companion app we have reviewed this year. Turning a character catalogue into a map you walk around is a genuinely different product idea, and if it works it addresses the most common complaint about the whole category, which is that a text box gets boring.
Persistent memory as a paid feature. Permanent memory is a Premium unlock. On the free tier your companion forgets. This is standard across the category and worth knowing before you invest emotional energy in a conversation you will lose.
Voice calls and generated video. Both Premium. The platform generates images and video on demand into your chat, and synthesises a distinct voice per character.
Community characters. You can publish the characters you build, and they appear in the catalogue, the feed and search for everyone. Creating is free.
Pricing, without the bullshit
This section comes with a caveat we have not had to write before.
| What | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Free account | $0 | Browse, swipe, chat to a daily cap |
| Premium | $12.99/mo | The figure on most upgrade prompts |
| Premium | $9.99/mo | The figure on other prompts, same page |
| Token packs | Not published | Sold separately at a one-time checkout |
Those two Premium figures are both hardcoded into the site's own interface strings, for the same plan, on the same pages. We are not guessing at a dynamic price here. The code disagrees with itself. Our best reading is that Crushi raised its price to $12.99 and missed some strings left over from the $9.99 that Flirti still charges, but that is an inference and we will label it as one.
Either way, here is the practical point. Flirti, from the same company, with the same trust ladder, the same token economy and the same policies, costs $9.99. Crushi has the bigger feature set. Whether the city and the strip club are worth $3 a month to you is a real question, and it is one you can only answer after seeing both.
Then the pressure tactics. Crushi's welcome offer runs on a five minute countdown, and quotes the discount as a per-day figure. We flagged a two hour timer on SpicyMate and a per-day frame on Flirti. Five minutes is the shortest we have seen. Nothing about it is illegal or even unusual in this industry, and it is still a mechanism designed to stop you comparing prices, which is exactly what this section is asking you to do.
And, as always, the second currency. Premium comes with tokens. Tokens buy photos, videos and voice messages. One-time packs are sold to people who never subscribe at all. Your subscription is not the price of using Crushi. It is the price of an allowance.
Credit where due: the refund policy carries the same commitments as Flirti's, including an email reminder at least seven days before every renewal, EU and UK withdrawal rights, and pro rata refunds on annual plans by request. That remains rare and good.
What users say
Nothing that is actually about Crushi.
Every search we ran returned CrushOn.AI, a completely different and much larger platform we review separately on this site, or Crush AI on Google Play, or Crushie AI on the App Store. There is no Trustpilot profile for crushi.ai, no meaningful Reddit thread, and the one dedicated "review" we found sits on an affiliate site.
Which brings us to the last thing you should know. Crushi runs a partner programme advertising up to 40% lifetime revenue share or $60 per signup, with weekly payouts. That is a strong incentive, and it explains why the search results for this brand read like advertising. When you go looking for opinions on Crushi, check who gets paid if you click.
So: no track record, positive or negative. No breach, no scam allegations, no billing scandal, and no evidence of a satisfied user base either. What Crushi offers instead is documentation, and on that measure it is near the top of this category.
Final verdict: who is Crushi for?
Get Crushi if: the city, the club and the live streams appeal to you, and you want a companion platform whose operator is named and whose rules are written down. The free tier costs nothing and shows you the writing.
Skip it if: you want the same core experience cheaper, in which case Flirti is the same company at $9.99, or you want a platform other people have already stress-tested. Candy AI and CraveU AI have visible user bases; Crushi has an affiliate programme.
The formula we would pick: open both crushi.ai and flirti.ai side by side, ignore the countdown, and decide whether the extra places are worth the extra three dollars. Then buy one month of whichever wins, never a year.
Rating: 7.2/10. A bigger product than its sibling, on the same good paperwork, sold a little too hard.
// FAQ
Crushi: quick answers
How much does Crushi cost?
The site quotes Premium at $12.99 a month on most upgrade prompts. We have to flag something odd, though: other hardcoded strings on the same pages quote $9.99 a month for the identical plan, which happens to be exactly what its sibling brand Flirti charges. We cannot tell you which one your checkout will show. There are also one-time token packs sold separately, and the billing component supports weekly, monthly and yearly terms. Read the checkout screen.
Is Crushi free?
Yes, to a point. You can browse characters, use the swipe-based Match feed and start chatting without paying. What sits behind Premium is the part most people come for: unlimited messages and dialogs, permanent memory, image generation, voice messages and calls, unlimited swipes, and the upper half of the relationship ladder. Free accounts hit a daily message cap with a reset timer.
Are Crushi and Flirti the same company?
Yes, and neither site mentions the other. Both publish the same operator in their own legal pages: Alperen LTD, Cyprus registration number HE 454844, at the same Paphos address. They share the AstroSync zodiac feature, the same six-level Trust ladder, the same token economy and the same terms of service structure. Crushi is the larger product of the two. It is also the more expensive one.
Does Crushi allow deepfakes or uploading photos of real people?
No. Its terms include a section headed Prohibition on Real-Person Depictions, and its 2257 clause states that users who upload, share or request depictions of real individuals, explicitly including themselves, in sexual or nude contexts will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement. Sexual deepfakes of identifiable people sit in the top priority tier of its reporting system with a 24 hour review target, and CSAM triggers notification to NCMEC and the FBI. There is an avatar uploader for profile pictures and character art, which is the ordinary kind.
Why are there so many promotional Crushi reviews online?
Because the brand runs an affiliate programme paying up to 40% lifetime revenue share or $60 per signup, with weekly payouts. That is the engine behind most of the enthusiastic write-ups you will find. It does not make the product bad, but it does mean you should discount the tone of anything that links to it.
