Dreamle Review

Dreamle's terms of service open with the sentence: "We are [ Encoda AI ]". The square brackets are in the original. So is the date underneath, "[ 13/05/2024 ]", and the one on the 2257 page, "[27/08/2024]".

Those brackets are placeholders from a legal template generator that nobody ever filled in. They are a small thing, and they turn out to be the most accurate summary of this platform available: the content policy is genuinely fine, and everything around it was set up once in 2024 and left alone.

What is Dreamle?

Dreamle, at dreamle.ai, is an NSFW character chat platform built around sexting and roleplay. You chat with characters, create your own, run group chats with multiple personas, browse a gallery, and build scenarios in something it calls Fantasy World. There is an Artists section and a store.

The operator is Encoda AI. That is the entire disclosure: a name, with no company form, no registration number, no country and no address. It is more than the two platforms we reviewed this month that never named themselves at all, and considerably less than the ones that printed a registration number you could check.

Policy check, and this is where Dreamle does well. Across 1.8 MB of application bundles there is no image-to-image, no initial image, no reference image, no identity adapter, no face swap, no nudify, no inpainting, no file input and no image accept attribute. The single multipart/form-data hit is axios library internals, sitting next to isFileList and formSerializer in the HTTP client. There is no upload surface at all, which makes this the third platform in a week where the no-deepfakes position is enforced by architecture rather than by a paragraph.

Its 2257 statement matches: an exemption claimed on the ground that all content is AI-generated and "no real individuals are involved in the creation of any content on this platform". That is the correct argument for a product built this way, and the code supports it.

We will note the contrast with what we found yesterday, because it is instructive. KrushChat, the tool immediately before this one in our queue, was excluded not for anything in its own code but for listing two photo-nudification services in its own Features menu. Dreamle's footer lists Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The difference between those two footers is the whole of our exclusion policy in practice.

The features that actually matter

Fantasy World. A scenario builder with its own memory capacity, scaled by tier from "Limited" on the free and Plus plans to "Enhanced" on Luna. Named, metered and differentiated across plans, so it is a real feature rather than a landing-page word.

Group chat with personas. Multiple characters in one conversation, capped at 2 personas free, 3 on Plus and 5 on Luna. Group chat is harder than one-to-one and most rivals still do not ship it.

Allowances published in full. Dreamle tells you exactly what each tier gives: daily messages, daily gems, the gem cost to unlock a rare picture, persona limits, memory capacity. That is more transparency about what you get than most platforms offer, which makes the total silence about what you pay stranger rather than less strange.

An iOS app that is no longer there. The footer links to the App Store. The listing, id 6499491474, returns a 404, and Apple's own lookup API returns zero results for it. The app has been pulled or removed, and nobody updated the link.

Pricing, without the bullshit

There is no pricing. We want to be precise about how thoroughly we checked, because "we could not find it" is a weak claim and this is a strong one.

What is published is the shape of the offer:

Note the oddity in that table: Plus buys you fifteen extra messages a day and one extra persona, and nothing else. The gem allowance and the picture cost are identical to the free tier. Whatever Plus costs, it is buying very little, and Astro's jump to 430 daily messages is where the ladder actually starts.

One place a number does exist: Dreamle gems are sold as keys on G2A, the grey-market reseller. That is the third platform we have covered in a week using that channel, after Fanfinity and Erogen, and it is becoming a recognisable pattern in this corner of the market. Buying a legitimate key there is not wrong, but when the only discoverable price for a product sits on a third-party key marketplace rather than on the product's own site, something is backwards.

The refund policy is a standard no-refunds position with exceptions for proven fraud and technical failure. It is 264 words and, like everything else here, dated 2024.

What users say

The independent coverage does not agree with itself, to a degree we have rarely seen. One directory rates Dreamle 8.3 out of 10, praising character variety and calling it a budget pick. Another rates it 1.8 out of 5. Those cannot both be describing the same experience, and neither shows enough working for us to prefer one.

What both agree on, and what we confirmed independently, is that the pricing is not disclosed. When three separate parties looking at a commercial product cannot establish what it charges, that is the finding.

There is no Trustpilot presence and no volume of user reports to weigh. The Discord server exists and is linked from the homepage, which is at least a live channel.

The staleness runs deeper than the placeholders. The site footer reads "© 2024 Encoda AI" on a product marketing itself in 2026. The terms date from May 2024, the 2257 statement from August 2024. Two years is a long time in this industry: the EU AI Act transparency obligations and the UK age-verification duties both arrived in that window, and several platforms we have reviewed responded with new documents. Dreamle's paperwork has not moved.

Final verdict: who is Dreamle for?

Get Dreamle if: group chat and a scenario builder are what you want, you are content to evaluate on the free tier's 20 daily messages, and a clean no-upload architecture matters more to you than knowing the price before you commit.

Skip it if: you expect to see a price before handing over a card, you want documents maintained in the same decade you are using the product, or the contradiction between an 8.3 and a 1.8 makes you want to wait for better evidence. All three are fair.

The formula we'd pick: stay free. The free tier is honestly documented at 20 messages a day and it costs nothing to find out whether the writing holds up. If you want to pay, do not buy blind: open the store while logged in and read the actual checkout figure, because it is the only place that number appears to exist. And treat the gem packs on G2A as a last resort rather than a discovery mechanism.

Rating: 6.4/10. Right on the thing that matters most, neglected on nearly everything else.
