We have spent a fortnight asking platforms in this category who they are. Most answer with nothing. The better ones give a company name and an address. Flirti gave a Cyprus registration number, and we called that unusually good.

FLIRTcam.AI publishes its company number, its tax number, its VAT number, the court where it is registered, its legal form, its incorporation date and the industry code it trades under. Then it refuses to show you what anything costs until you create an account.

That is the whole review: maximum transparency about the company, minimum about the bill.

What is FLIRTcam.AI?

FLIRTcam.AI is an AI companion platform built around a visual layer: text chat, voice, generated images and generated video clips, wrapped in cam-site language. There is a character catalogue split into girls, guys, anime and a long list of categories, a builder for making your own, and separate image and video generators.

The domain situation is simple. flirtcam.ai is the product; flirtcam.com is a parked page that bounces you to a lander, the same shape we found on spicycam.com yesterday.

What you will notice first, if you look at the site's structure rather than its front page, is the SEO. There are several hundred landing pages of the form ai-something-girl, covering every hair colour, nationality, profession, body type and mood you could search for. That is a doorway-page strategy at industrial scale. It says nothing about product quality, but it does explain why this brand appears wherever you look.

The operator is DevPro s.r.o., of Frana Mojtu 18, Nitra, Slovakia. Its imprint page, written to comply with German media law, lists the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra, company number 50178377, tax number 2120234611, VAT number SK2120234611, and an establishment date of 19 March 2016. A ten-year-old company with a verifiable registration is not something this category offers often. It also means an EU jurisdiction, so GDPR and EU consumer law attach here rather than being waived by a terms page.

The policy question

FLIRTcam passes, and the decisive sentence is one the platform wrote itself. From its Blocked Content Policy: "Although users cannot upload or share content on the Services, the content outlined in this Blocked Content Policy is nevertheless prohibited."

No upload path, stated as a fact about the architecture rather than a rule imposed on users. The upload strings we found in its code belong to a support ticket form for attaching screenshots to bug reports. There is no undress tool, no face swap, no inpainting and no image-to-image anywhere.

The footer disclaimer is stronger than the category norm because of how it is framed. Most platforms tell users not to make deepfakes. This one makes a statement about itself: the images and content are AI-generated and do not depict real people, any resemblance is coincidental, and "this website does not use real individuals' likenesses, names, or identities". That is a claim the operator can be held to, not a rule pushed onto you.

Its blocked content list is thorough: illegal content, hate speech, violence and self-harm, CSAM, privacy and copyright infringement. Section E deserves specific credit, prohibiting the generation of content resembling minors and committing to flag, review and remove attempts. And prompts are filtered before anything runs, which we know because the platform ships the error message: your custom prompt contains content that violates our content policy, please modify it before generating.

One weakness, and it is the one we keep finding. Section G prohibits "deceptive or harmful impersonation" of real individuals, public figures or celebrities. That conditional formulation is weaker than an outright ban, and we criticised SpicyMate for exactly the same wording. Here the footer disclaimer largely covers the gap, but the clause itself should be unconditional.

The features that actually matter

Generated video, sold as live. The headline claim is a live video cam experience. The reality, per the platform's own interface strings, is that your video is queued and generated and appears when ready. That is not a scandal, it is how this technology works. It is a scandal-adjacent way to describe it.

A builder with two input modes. Prompt only, or a guided builder. Useful, and a real difference from platforms where you get presets or nothing.

Better memory as a paid feature. Premium advertises a stronger model with better memory, which is the axis most companion apps are actually judged on.

Blurred media as the paywall. Images exist on the free tier but arrive blurred, the same monetisation Angel.ai uses. You can see there is a picture; you cannot see the picture.

Pricing, without the bullshit

Here is the part we object to. Attempt to view plans without an account and the site returns: pricing available for registered users, please register or log in to see subscription plans and pricing.

That is a deliberate design decision, and it is the wrong one. Every reader of this site should be able to compare a price against a rival before handing over an email address to an adult platform.

So these figures are reported rather than verified:

Two caveats. One source quotes $5.83 rather than $5.99 for the yearly rate, so do not treat the exact cent as settled. And a list price that nobody is ever charged is not a price, it is an anchor: every tier here is permanently discounted against a $19.99 that appears to exist only to be crossed out. We made the same criticism of Nemora last week.

What we can confirm first-hand from the site: the yearly plan advertises up to 70% off, that offer runs on a countdown timer, Premium grants 1,000 tokens a month for images, video and voice calls, extra tokens are sold separately, and crypto payment is accepted with a stated ten to thirty minute confirmation wait.

Two more things worth knowing before you subscribe. The free funnel is tight: three messages as a guest, three more once registered, then a wall. And the cancellation flow carries save offers, including a 50% discount on your next renewal and a 1,000 token bonus, which tells you cancelling is a conversation rather than a button. On the credit side, billing reportedly shows as DevPro s.r.o. Nitra, which is discreet and matches the company that actually operates the site.

What users say

Thin, and mostly from aggregators. There is no Trustpilot profile we could find and no substantial forum discussion. The pages ranking for this brand are directory listings and affiliate write-ups, several of which describe the video calls in glowing terms that we cannot test and would not repeat as fact.

What is absent is worth stating: no breach, no scam allegations, no billing horror stories, and no pattern of complaints about unauthorised charges. For a company that has existed since 2016 under a verifiable registration, an empty complaint file carries a little more weight than it would for a six-month-old shell.

Final verdict: who is FLIRTcam.AI for?

Get FLIRTcam if: you want to know exactly who you are paying, and an EU company with a public register entry matters to you. On the yearly plan it is among the cheaper doors in this category, and the no-upload architecture is a real safety property rather than a promise.

Skip it if: you expected genuinely live video, or you refuse on principle to register before seeing a price. That second position is entirely reasonable, and Nemora publishes its whole ladder without an account.

The formula we would pick: register with a throwaway address purely to read the pricing screen, spend the six free messages judging the writing, then decide. If you subscribe, take a short term first, because the countdown on the yearly discount will still be there next week.
