Buried in My Lovely AI's terms of service, under a heading most platforms in this category do not have, is this: "The Services are operated by PROMPTREPUBLIC S.L., a Spanish limited liability company registered in Spain with company number B21965884 and registered office at Av Juan Antonio Samaranch 0051, Madrid, 28055, Spain."

A name, a company form, a registry number, a street address. Then Spanish law, exclusive venue in Madrid, and a line telling EU consumers they keep the protections of their home country and may bring proceedings in their local courts. We have reviewed platforms this month that never named themselves at all. This one tells you which courthouse to go to.

Then you open the pricing page and it cannot decide what a month costs.

What is My Lovely AI?

My Lovely AI is an all-in-one adult companion platform at mylovely.ai, built on four things: chat, character creation, image generation and video creation. There is a character gallery, a creation flow, an uncensored chat route, a cartoon generator, daily rewards and a token economy. The app is Next.js with a Supabase backend, and the domain was registered on 9 August 2025, making it about fourteen months old.

Policy check, and it passes cleanly. Across twelve rendered pages and 46 bundles totalling 2.3 MB there is no image-to-image fed from your files, no initial or reference image, no identity adapter, no face swap, no nudify, no undress, no inpainting, no file input and no image accept attribute anywhere.

Three hits were worth chasing and all three resolve. The upload cluster, meaning uploadToSignedUrl, uploadOrUpdate and uploadUrl, is the Supabase Storage JavaScript client, identifiable by its /object/upload/sign/ path construction. That is a new entry for our false-positive catalogue, alongside the Phoenix LiveView and CKEditor machinery we logged earlier this week. FileReader is library code. The interesting one is source_images, which belongs to an edit mode with setEditImage1, setEditImage2, toggleEditMode and toggleEnhanceMode. Each source image is restored carrying width, height and model, which is generation metadata: a photograph from your camera roll does not have a model attached. Combined with the complete absence of any file-picker in the product, the edit feature reads as editing images the platform itself generated.

The paperwork agrees. The terms prohibit, in a single list, content involving minors "real, fictional, or young-looking", content involving underage individuals in any sexual or suggestive context, and the one that matters here: "produce, distribute, or attempt to create deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent, especially for sexual, defamatory, or harmful purposes". The 2257 statement claims exemption on the correct ground, that all content is AI-generated and no real models or performers are involved, and spells out the reasoning rather than asserting it.

The features that actually matter

Video on the free tier. The Starter plan at $0 lists base models, saving and sharing images, one character generation and access to video creation. Video is the expensive operation in this category and it is normally the last thing unlocked. Including it at zero is a genuine differentiator, and it is the single most useful thing on this page if you want to compare output quality before paying anything.

Corporate disclosure as a feature. We are listing this as a feature because in this market it functions as one. A company number you can look up, a jurisdiction, a named venue and an explicit acknowledgement of EU consumer rights change what happens if a subscription goes wrong. Compare the platform we reviewed yesterday, which had no company, no address and a privacy policy reading "Production content TBD".

A token economy with an honest shape. 450 tokens a month come with the subscription. Top-ups run $9.99 for 150, $14.99 for 300, $34.99 for 800 and $59.99 for 2,000.

A content removal page that is a stub. 1,512 characters: report by email or contact form, supply a URL, a reason and your contact details. No deadline, no verification process, no commitment. Set against a detailed 2257 statement and a thorough prohibited-content list, this is the one piece of the shelf nobody finished.

Pricing, without the bullshit

Read first-party off the page, which after five consecutive platforms that published nothing is worth saying plainly.

Now the problem, and we want to show the arithmetic rather than assert it. The annual plan wears a Save 70% badge. Against a $19.99 monthly price that is exactly right: twelve months at $19.99 is $239.88, against $71.96, a saving of $167.92 and a discount of 70.0%. Against a $12.99 monthly price it is wrong: twelve months is $155.88, a saving of $83.92, a discount of 53.8%.

Both of those monthly prices are in My Lovely AI's own code. One upsell screen says "$19.99 / month". Another says "$12.99 / month". An independent review reports $12.99 monthly and $9.99 quarterly, which matches the lower figure, and also reports the annual plan at $4.15 a month, which matches neither our reading nor $71.96 a year. So the most likely story is that the monthly price came down to $12.99 and the 70% badge was never recalculated, but we cannot prove that, and the honest summary is that this platform shows two prices for the same month and a discount claim that only survives against the one it probably no longer charges.

The token maths is the other thing worth working out before you buy, because it points firmly at the subscription. The smallest pack costs 6.7 cents a token. The largest pack brings that to 3.0 cents. The 450 tokens bundled into the annual plan, against its $6.00 monthly cost, work out at about 1.3 cents a token. Buying the smallest top-up pack is roughly five times more expensive per token than subscribing. Note also that three of the four packs are displayed with a struck-through higher price, which is the usual permanent-discount furniture.

One more number, from the affiliate page rather than the product: the programme advertises "Earn $1000+/month", with the fine print requiring 50 or more successful referrals or $500 in referral revenue to qualify for its top tier.

What users say

Not much that we can stand behind. There is a sizeable crop of 2026 reviews, and they are positive, but they are the usual affiliate ecosystem and several carry referral tracking. We could not reach a Trustpilot profile to check, because the request is blocked, so we cannot confirm one exists. We found no breach, no security incident and no scam allegation against mylovely.ai or against PROMPTREPUBLIC S.L.

Fourteen months is not long enough for a track record, and that is the fair reading: absence of complaints here is absence of evidence. What is checkable is the company, and that is unusual enough to be the main reassurance on offer.

Final verdict: who is My Lovely AI for?

Get it if you want to try image and video generation without paying first, you intend to buy the annual plan, and you care that there is an identifiable European company and a named court behind your subscription.

Skip it if you want to buy a single month, because you cannot currently establish what a single month costs from the platform's own screens.

The recommended formula is the $2.99 two-day trial to check output quality, then the annual plan at $71.96 if it holds up. Avoid the token packs: the subscription's own allowance is five times better value than the smallest one.

My Lovely AI is the first platform in weeks where the accountability layer is the strong part. It names a company you can look up in a national register, submits to a jurisdiction, concedes EU consumer rights it could have stayed quiet about, bans deepfakes in explicit language, claims its 2257 exemption on the correct ground, and ships no mechanism that could be turned on a real person. Then it fails at the easiest task in commerce, which is telling you one price. 7.4 reflects both halves: the governance earns the score, and a pricing page at war with itself is what keeps it from going higher.
